Man admits sexually assaulting woman in Southampton

Adil Sumra sexually assaulted a woman in the city last year.

The court heard how the 28-year-old intentionally touch a woman over the age of 16 years old when she did not consent.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates’ Court, he admitted one charge of sexual assault.

Sumra, of Kent Street, Southampton, was remanded on conditional bail until the next hearing on March 15 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
