Jewellery stolen from Itchen Abbas house

Burglars stole jewellery from a house in Itchen Abbas yesterday evening.

The incident took place at some time between 6pm and 11pm on Saturday, February 4.

The offenders forced entry to a house on Main Road, Itchen Abbas while the property was unoccupied for the evening.  

Once inside they took items of jewellery.

DC Stephen Jakes said: “I am appealing for anyone who was in the Main Road area of Itchen Abbas around the time of the incident. Did you see anyone in the area acting suspiciously? Were you driving through the area and do you have a dash cam fitted to your vehicle?

“If you have any information please call us on 101 quoting 44230048533.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or report online via hampshire.police.uk/ quoting reference 44230048533.
