Emmaus Bolton offering discount and entry into £100 voucher prize draw

Shoppers can bag a bargain and help Bolton’s most vulnerable at the same time.

For a Bolton homelessness charity is offering customers discounts this month – as well as a chance to win a prize draw.

Emmaus Bolton is offering customers a 10 per cent discount off their next second-hand purchase, as well as free entry into a prize draw for a £100 charity shop voucher.

The charity  provides a home, support, meaningful work and training for up to 22 people with experience of homelessness.

Emmaus raises funds through several social enterprises on site, mostly selling second hand sofas, bedside tables, clothing, books, and homeware.

Director of Emmaus Bolton, Tony Stephenson, said: “We are excited to offer this discount off second hand items to every customer making a purchase, starting this February.

Upon making a purchase, customers will receive a 10 per cent off voucher, which can be redeemed in the second-hand stores, furniture-making workshop, upcycling service, scrap store and charity garden centre.
